Software for Viewing and Printing these Files

For PDF documents, you can use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software, to be downloaded from https://get.adobe.com/reader/.

For viewing and printing Powerpoint documents, you will normally use the Microsoft Powerpoint program (part of Microsoft Office). If you don't have this, you can use the Microsoft Powerpoint Viewer, which you can download as freeware from Microsoft, or use Open Office.
