Where to Buy Raman Spectroscopy Equipment
Raman spectroscopy is a wide class of methods of spectroscopy which are based on either spontaneous or stimulated Raman scattering. There are instruments for polarized Raman spectroscopy, surface- or tip-enhanced spectroscopy, resonance Raman spectroscopy, stimulated Raman spectroscopy, coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy and hyper Raman scattering.

APE Angewandte Physik und Elektronik GmbH Plauener Straße 163–165 / Haus N 13053 Berlin Germany | The picoEmerald system facilitates Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS) microscopy for non-invasive label-free imaging. SRS microscopy provides almost background-free imaging contrast. It allows simple spectroscopic identification of the samples’ fingerprint region based on Raman spectra databases. Imaging at high video rates is possible due to very short integration times of the SRS detection module (lock-in amplifier). Switching over to SRS microscopy is relatively straightforward for researchers who already have CARS experience. |
All wavelengths. Lochhamer Schlag 19 82166 Gräfelfing Germany Quality: ISO 9001:2015 www.toptica.com Social: Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube E-mail: Tel.: +49 89 85 83 70 Fax: +49 89 85 83 72 00 | For Raman spectroscopy, a wavelength of 532 nm is regularly used, as well as 785 nm (to reduce autofluorescence of the sample). For semiconductor inspection shorter wavelengths of 405 nm, 266 nm, or even 213 nm are commonly used. Most recent, upcoming time-resolved Raman spectroscopy and microscopy applications (i.e measurements on airplane engine exhausts to optimize the combustion process and reduce fuel consumption) trigger the need for pulsed laser sources operating in the femto- and picosecond regime. This demand is covered by the FemtoFiber laser family, which have already proven its outstanding performance and suitability in various broadband CARS and SRS applications. |
Emery Court Stockport, Cheshire SK4 3GL United Kingdom www.laserquantum.com Social: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube E-mail: Tel.: +44 161 975 5300 Fax: +44 161 975 5309 | Laser Quantum manufacturers suitable lasers for Raman spectroscopy, including 473, 532, 660 & 671 nm wavelengths. The gem family is ideal for OEM integration, whilst ventus lasers are better suited to scientific and research applications. For higher resolution requirements, the ventus solo and torus lasers provide narrowed bandwidths and high stability mode-locking respectively. |
8495 Veterans Memorial Pkwy O’Fallon MO 63366 United States | RPMC Lasers offers a wide range of wavelength stabilized and singe frequency laser sources for Raman spectroscopy. Additionally, a wide range of pulsed laser sources are available for coherent Raman spectroscopy such as SRS and CARS. |
