AeroDIODE offers high-power laser diodes with up to 150 W output at 808 nm, 915 nm, 976 nm or 1064 nm – available as stock items or assembled with a turn-key laser diode driver with air-cooled temperature regulation. Versions with a high-power optical fiber connector or with a 3-mm output collimator are available.

AeroDiode has developed the fiber modulator – a high-speed intensity modulator and optical switch based on a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA). It is available over a wide wavelength range from 750 to 1650 nm. Key features are high speed (down to 500 ps rise/fall time), a high dynamic range (>48 dB), a high extinction ratio (>50 dB) and an easy to use graphical user interface.

Aerodiode offers a wide range of laser diode drivers as OEM devices for use by laser manufacturers or R & D teams. Some models are suitable for driving high-power diode bars or diode stacks, while others can generate nanosecond pulses for both laser diodes or SOAs. All of them have an integrated TEC controller for thermal management. Ultra-low-noise models are also available.

AeroDiode has developed various devices for the synchronization of pulsed lasers. This includes optical burst shapers, pulse delay generators (with 10 ps delay resolution) for driving EOMs, AOMs or SOAs, and pulse picker synchronization boards.

AeroDiode offers a reliabilty test system for laser diode qualification in the pulsed or continuous-wave regime. Up to 112 fully independent fibered devices can be electrically, thermally and optically tested according to several user-programmed test scenarios.
